  随着电力需求的不断增长和能源结构转型,电力系统面临供需平衡、能效提升等挑战,用户行为在负荷管理中扮演着愈发关键的角色。本研究旨在深入剖析用户行为对电力系统负荷管理的影响,为优化电力资源配置提供理论支持与实践指导。通过整合社会学、心理学及工程技术多学科视角,采用大数据分析、机器学习算法结合问卷调查等多元方法,构建了涵盖用户用电习惯、响应意愿、行为模式转变等多维度的用户行为模型。研究发现,不同用户群体在峰谷时段的用电行为存在显著差异,且受电价机制、节能意识等因素影响明显。基于此,提出了分时电价激励、智能用电设备推广等针对性策略,可有效引导用户调整用电行为,实现削峰填谷目标。创新性地引入了用户行为动态演化框架,揭示了用户行为与电力系统运行之间的内在联系,为后续研究提供了新的思路。研究表明,通过合理调控用户行为,能够显著提高电力系统的运行效率与稳定性,降低运营成本,促进可再生能源消纳,为构建智慧能源体系奠定了坚实基础。

Abstract

  With the continuous growth in electricity demand and the transformation of energy structures, power systems are confronted with challenges such as supply-demand balance and efficiency improvement, where user behavior plays an increasingly critical role in load management. This study aims to thoroughly analyze the impact of user behavior on power system load management, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for optimizing electricity resource allocation. By integrating multidisciplinary perspectives from sociology, psychology, and engineering technology, this research employs a combination of big data analysis, machine learning algorithms, and survey questionnaires to develop a comprehensive user behavior model that encompasses dimensions such as electricity consumption habits, response willingness, and behavioral pattern changes. The findings reveal significant differences in electricity consumption behaviors among different user groups during peak and off-peak hours, which are notably influenced by factors such as pricing mechanisms and energy-saving awareness. Based on these insights, targeted strategies such as time-of-use pricing incentives and the promotion of smart electricity devices are proposed, which can effectively guide users to adjust their electricity consumption behaviors, achieving the goal of peak shaving and valley filling. Innovatively, this study introduces a dynamic evolution fr amework of user behavior, uncovering the intrinsic relationship between user behavior and power system operation, offering new directions for future research. The research demonstrates that through appropriate regulation of user behavior, the operational efficiency and stability of power systems can be significantly enhanced, operational costs can be reduced, and the integration of renewable energy can be promoted, laying a solid foundation for the construction of a smart energy system.
