  随着现代工业发展和环保意识增强,传统塑料包装材料带来的白色污染问题日益严重,天然高分子材料因可降解、来源广泛等优点成为研究热点。本研究旨在通过对天然高分子材料进行改性以提高其在包装材料领域的应用性能。选取了壳聚糖、纤维素等典型天然高分子材料,采用化学交联、共混复合等方法进行改性。通过引入功能性单体或与其他聚合物共混,改善了天然高分子材料的力学性能、阻隔性能和加工性能。实验结果表明,经改性的天然高分子材料具有更好的机械强度、更低的水蒸气透过率以及更优的热稳定性。例如,经过特定化学交联处理后的壳聚糖薄膜,其拉伸强度提高了约30%,水蒸气透过率降低了25%左右。这不仅拓展了天然高分子材料的应用范围,还为开发新型绿色包装材料提供了新思路与技术支持,有助于推动包装行业向可持续发展方向转型,在减少环境污染方面有着积极意义。

Abstract 
  With the development of modern industry and the growing environmental awareness, the problem of white pollution caused by traditional plastic packaging materials has become increasingly severe. Natural polymers, characterized by their biodegradability and abundant sources, have emerged as a research focus. This study aims to enhance the application performance of natural polymers in packaging materials through modification. Typical natural polymers such as chitosan and cellulose were selected and modified using methods like chemical cross-linking and blending composites. By introducing functional monomers or blending with other polymers, improvements were made in the mechanical properties, barrier properties, and processability of natural polymers. Experimental results indicate that the modified natural polymer materials exhibit enhanced mechanical strength, reduced water vapor transmission rates, and superior thermal stability. For instance, after specific chemical cross-linking treatment, the tensile strength of chitosan films increased by approximately 30%, while the water vapor transmission rate decreased by around 25%. This not only broadens the application scope of natural polymers but also provides new insights and technical support for developing novel green packaging materials, promoting the sustainable development of the packaging industry and contributing positively to reducing environmental pollution.
