  随着全球汽车产业的快速发展,自动化装配技术作为提升生产效率和产品质量的关键手段,在汽车制造领域得到广泛应用。本文旨在探讨自动化装配技术在汽车制造中的应用现状与发展趋势,通过文献综述、案例分析及实地调研相结合的方法,系统梳理了当前主流的自动化装配技术类型及其应用场景。研究发现,现代汽车制造中机器人装配系统、智能传感器技术、柔性生产线等自动化技术已广泛应用于车身焊接、零部件组装、质量检测等关键环节,显著提高了生产效率和产品一致性。特别是基于工业互联网的智能制造系统,实现了生产设备互联互通,为个性化定制生产提供了技术支持。本研究创新性地提出了“人机协同+数据驱动”的新型装配模式,强调通过优化人机协作关系,结合大数据分析实现精准装配控制。该模式不仅提升了装配精度和灵活性,还为解决传统装配工艺中存在的瓶颈问题提供了新思路。研究表明,未来汽车制造将朝着智能化、网络化、绿色化方向发展,自动化装配技术将在其中发挥更加重要的作用,成为推动产业升级转型的核心动力。

Abstract

  With the rapid development of the global automotive industry, automated assembly technology has been widely applied in automotive manufacturing as a key means to enhance production efficiency and product quality. This paper aims to investigate the current application status and development trends of automated assembly technology in automotive manufacturing through a combination of literature review, case analysis, and field research. It systematically examines the major types of current mainstream automated assembly technologies and their application scenarios. The study finds that robot-based assembly systems, intelligent sensor technologies, and flexible production lines have been extensively utilized in critical processes such as body welding, component assembly, and quality inspection, significantly improving production efficiency and product consistency. Particularly, smart manufacturing systems based on the Industrial Internet have achieved interconnectedness among production equipment, providing technical support for customized production. Innovatively, this research proposes a new assembly model characterized by "human-robot collaboration + data-driven" approaches, emphasizing the optimization of human-robot collaboration relationships combined with big data analysis to achieve precise assembly control. This model not only enhances assembly accuracy and flexibility but also offers new solutions to bottlenecks in traditional assembly processes. The research indicates that future automotive manufacturing will develop towards intelligence, networking, and greening, with automated assembly technology playing an increasingly important role and becoming a core driving force for industrial upgrading and transformation.
