Abstract
  With the increasing prominence of energy crises and environmental issues, energy-saving technologies for motor drive systems have become a focal point in industrial applications. This paper aims to explore energy-saving technologies and their application effects in different scenarios of motor drive systems by integrating theoretical analysis with empirical research to systematically review existing energy-saving technologies. Based on the operating principles of motors, multiple energy-saving solutions are proposed from aspects such as optimizing control algorithms, improving motor structural design, and adopting new materials. Furthermore, for typical industrial scenarios like fans and pump equipment, simulation models are constructed and experimental validations are conducted. The results indicate that the proposed energy-saving technologies can effectively reduce energy consumption by 15% to 30% and increase system efficiency by 8% to 12%. An innovation lies in the integration of intelligent control technology with traditional motor energy-saving measures, developing an adaptive energy-saving control system that can automatically adjust operating parameters according to load changes to achieve optimal energy-saving effects. Additionally, a comprehensive performance evaluation system has been established, providing a scientific basis for practical engineering applications. The conclusion reveals that the integrated application of various energy-saving technologies not only significantly reduces the energy consumption of motor drive systems but also extends the service life of equipment, offering substantial economic and social benefits and providing robust technical support for promoting green manufacturing and sustainable development.
