摘 要
本研究旨在评估梧桐树在城市环境中的抗污染能力。通过选取多个污染程度不同的城市区域,对梧桐树的生长状况、叶片污染物含量及生理响应进行了系统分析。采用高效液相色谱法测定了叶片中多种污染物的含量,并结合叶绿素荧光参数等生理指标,综合评估了梧桐树的抗污染性能。结果表明,在污染较重的区域,梧桐树虽受到一定影响,但仍能保持较好的生长状态,叶片污染物含量相对较低,且生理响应表现出较强的适应性。本研究创新性地运用了多种分析方法,全面揭示了梧桐树在城市污染环境下的抗逆机制,为城市绿化及生态修复提供了科学依据,同时也为筛选抗污染树种提供了新的思路。

Abstract
This study aimed to assess the pollution resistance of Chinese trees in an urban environment. By selecting several urban areas with different pollution levels, the growth condition, the content of leaf pollutants and the physiological response were analyzed systematically. The anti-pollution properties of plane trees were evaluated using physiological indexes including chlorophyll fluorescence parameters. The results show that in the heavily polluted areas, although the plane tree is affected, but still can maintain a good growth state, the leaf pollutant content is relatively low, and the physiological response showed strong adaptability. This study innovatively uses a variety of analysis methods to comprehensively reveal the resistance mechanism of plane trees in the urban pollution environment, which provides a scientific basis for urban greening and ecological restoration, and also provides a new idea for screening anti-pollution tree species.
