摘 要
本研究针对当前农田病虫害监测的难题,提出了一种基于无人机的农田病虫害监测系统。传统的病虫害监测方法受限于人力、时间成本及监测范围,而无人机技术的引入则有效解决了这些问题。本研究旨在通过无人机搭载高清摄像头和传感器,实现对农田病虫害的高效、准确监测。方法上,我们结合了图像识别技术与数据分析,通过无人机采集农田图像,再利用图像识别算法对病虫害进行自动识别和分类。实验结果显示,该系统能够有效识别出病虫害区域,并提供详细的病虫害分布图,为农民提供及时的防治建议。此外,系统还能根据历史数据和当前环境参数预测病虫害发生趋势,帮助农民制定科学的防治策略。

UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLE-BASED MONITORING SYSTEM FOR AGRICULTURAL DISEASES AND PESTS
ABSTRACT
In this paper, a monitoring system of agricultural diseases and pests based on unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) was proposed. Traditional pest monitoring methods are limited by manpower, time cost and monitoring scope, but the introduction of UAV technology effectively solves these problems. The aim of this research is to realize efficient and accurate monitoring of agricultural diseases and pests by using the UAV equipped with high-definition cameras and sensors. In terms of method, we combined image recognition technology and data analysis, collected farmland images by UAV, and then used image recognition algorithm to automatically identify and classify pests and diseases. The experimental results show that the system can effectively identify the areas of pests and diseases, and provide detailed map of pests and diseases, and provide timely prevention and control suggestions for farmers. In addition, the system can predict the occurrence trend of pests and diseases based on historical data and current environmental parameters, and help farmers develop scientific control strategies.
