摘 要
随着数字经济的快速发展,全球就业结构正在经历深刻变革。本研究基于2015-2022年中国劳动力市场数据,运用双重差分模型和机器学习算法,系统分析了数字经济对就业结构的影响机制与演变趋势。研究发现,数字经济显著促进了高技能岗位的增长,年均增长率达8.3%,同时导致传统制造业岗位以每年4.7%的速度缩减。研究创新性地构建了"数字技能-职业匹配度"指数,揭示了数字技能差异是造成就业极化现象的关键因素。实证结果表明,数字经济通过技术创新、产业升级和平台经济三条路径重塑就业结构,其中平台经济对灵活就业的贡献率达到62.5%。研究还发现,区域间数字基础设施差距导致就业结构调整呈现显著的空间异质性。

Abstract
With the rapid development of the digital economy, the global employment structure is undergoing profound changes. Based on the data of China's labor market from 2015 to 2022, this study systematically analyzes the influence mechanism and evolution trend of digital economy on the employment structure by using the dual differential model and machine learning algorithm. The study found that the digital economy has significantly contributed to the growth of highly skilled jobs at an average annual rate of 8.3 percent, while reducing traditional manufacturing jobs at a rate of 4.7 percent a year. The research innovatively constructed the "digital skill-occupation matching degree" index, which revealed that the digital skill difference is the key factor causing the phenomenon of employment polarization. The empirical results show that the digital economy reshaped the employment structure through technological innovation, industrial upgrading and the platform economy, among which the contribution rate of the platform economy to the flexible employment reached 62.5%. The study also found that the regional digital infrastructure gap led to significant spatial heterogeneity in employment structure adjustment.
