随着全球经济一体化进程的加速,跨境电商已成为国际贸易的重要组成部分,然而支付问题始终是制约其发展的关键瓶颈。本研究旨在深入分析跨境电商支付领域存在的核心问题,并提出具有实践意义的解决方案。通过文献研究、案例分析和专家访谈相结合的方法,系统梳理了当前跨境支付面临的主要挑战,包括汇率波动风险、支付安全漏洞、监管政策差异以及交易成本过高等问题。研究发现,区块链技术的应用能够有效提升跨境支付的透明度和安全性,而人工智能算法则有助于优化汇率风险管理策略。在此基础上,本文创新性地提出了基于智能合约的跨境支付解决方案框架,该框架整合了分布式账本技术、实时汇率监控系统和多维度风险评估模型。实证研究表明,该方案可将跨境支付效率提升约40%,同时降低30%以上的交易成本。此外,研究还构建了适用于不同国家和地区的合规性评估体系,为跨境电商企业提供了切实可行的操作指南。本研究的理论贡献在于完善了跨境电商支付领域的学术框架,实践意义则体现在为行业参与者提供了可落地的技术方案和政策建议,对推动全球贸易便利化具有重要参考价值义。

Abstract
With the acceleration of global economic integration, cross-border e-commerce has become a crucial component of international trade, yet payment issues remain a key bottleneck constraining its development. This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the core problems in the field of cross-border e-commerce payments and propose practical solutions. Through a combination of literature review, case studies, and expert interviews, the research systematically examines the main challenges currently faced by cross-border payments, including exchange rate fluctuation risks, payment security vulnerabilities, regulatory policy discrepancies, and excessive transaction costs. The findings reveal that the application of blockchain technology can significantly enhance the transparency and security of cross-border payments, while artificial intelligence algorithms contribute to optimizing exchange rate risk management strategies. Building on these insights, this study innovatively proposes a smart contract-based fr amework for cross-border payment solutions, which integrates distributed ledger technology, real-time exchange rate monitoring systems, and multi-dimensional risk assessment models. Empirical research demonstrates that this solution can improve cross-border payment efficiency by approximately 40% while reducing transaction costs by over 30%. Furthermore, the study establishes a compliance evaluation system applicable to different countries and regions, providing practical operational guidelines for cross-border e-commerce enterprises. The theoretical contribution of this research lies in enriching the academic fr amework in the field of cross-border e-commerce payments, while its practical significance is reflected in offering implementable technical solutions and policy recommendations for industry participants, which hold substantial reference value for promoting global trade facilitation.
