电商平台供应链协同管理优化策略研究

摘要 
随着电子商务的快速发展,供应链协同管理已成为电商平台提升竞争力的关键因素。本研究聚焦于电商平台供应链协同管理的优化策略,旨在解决当前供应链管理中存在的效率低下、信息不对称等问题。研究采用文献分析、案例研究和定量分析相结合的方法,系统梳理了国内外相关研究成果,并对典型电商平台的供应链管理模式进行了深入剖析。研究发现,通过构建基于大数据和人工智能的智能供应链系统,可以有效提升供应链各环节的协同效率;同时,建立多方参与的信任机制和信息共享平台能够显著降低交易成本和提高决策质量。在此基础上,本文提出了"技术驱动+制度创新"的双轮驱动优化策略,强调技术创新与组织变革的有机结合。研究的主要贡献在于:首次将区块链技术应用于电商平台供应链信用体系建设,设计了去中心化的信任机制;创新性地提出了基于深度学习的需求预测模型,提高了库存管理的精准度;构建了包含供应商、物流商和消费者在内的多方协同评价体系。研究结果为电商平台优化供应链管理提供了理论依据和实践指导,对推动电子商务行业的可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract
With the rapid development of e-commerce, supply chain collaborative management has become a crucial factor for e-commerce platforms to enhance their competitiveness. This study focuses on optimization strategies for supply chain collaborative management in e-commerce platforms, aiming to address issues such as inefficiency and information asymmetry in current supply chain management. The research employs a combination of literature analysis, case studies, and quantitative analysis to systematically review relevant domestic and international research findings and conduct an in-depth analysis of the supply chain management models of typical e-commerce platforms. The study finds that constructing an intelligent supply chain system based on big data and artificial intelligence can effectively improve the collaborative efficiency of various supply chain links; meanwhile, establishing a multi-party trust mechanism and information-sharing platform can significantly reduce transaction costs and enhance decision-making quality. Based on these findings, this paper proposes a dual-drive optimization strategy of "technology-driven + institutional innovation," emphasizing the organic integration of technological innovation and organizational transformation. The main contributions of this research include: the first application of blockchain technology to the credit system construction of e-commerce platform supply chains, designing a decentralized trust mechanism; innovatively proposing a demand forecasting model based on deep learning to improve inventory management accuracy; and constructing a multi-party collaborative evaluation system involving suppliers, logistics providers, and consumers. The research results provide theoretical foundations and practical guidance for optimizing supply chain management in e-commerce platforms, holding significant practical implications for promoting the sustainable development of the e-commerce industry.
