虚拟现实技术在城市规划与设计中的应用

随着城市化进程的加速和数字技术的快速发展,虚拟现实技术在城市规划与设计领域的应用日益广泛。本研究旨在探讨虚拟现实技术如何革新传统城市规划方法,提升设计效率与决策质量。通过文献综述、案例分析和实验研究相结合的方法,本文系统梳理了虚拟现实技术在城市规划中的应用现状与发展趋势。研究发现,虚拟现实技术能够构建高度仿真的三维城市模型,使规划者、决策者和公众在沉浸式环境中直观体验设计方案,有效解决了传统二维图纸表达不直观、公众参与度低等问题。研究创新性地提出了基于虚拟现实的"多维度协同规划"模式,该模式整合了空间分析、环境模拟和公众参与等功能模块,实现了从单一视觉呈现到多感官交互的跨越。实证研究表明,采用虚拟现实技术的规划方案评估效率提升了40%,公众满意度提高了35%。此外,研究还开发了一套适用于中小型城市的虚拟现实规划工具包,显著降低了技术应用门槛。本研究的理论贡献在于构建了虚拟现实技术支持下的城市规划新范式,实践意义体现在为智慧城市建设提供了可操作的技术路径。研究结果表明,虚拟现实技术不仅能够优化规划设计流程,还能促进多方利益相关者的有效沟通,为未来城市的可持续发展提供有力支撑。

Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization and the rapid development of digital technologies, virtual reality (VR) technology has been increasingly applied in urban planning and design. This study aims to explore how VR technology revolutionizes traditional urban planning methods and enhances design efficiency and decision-making quality. Through a combination of literature review, case studies, and experimental research, this paper systematically examines the current applications and development trends of VR technology in urban planning. The research finds that VR technology can construct highly realistic three-dimensional city models, enabling planners, decision-makers, and the public to intuitively experience design proposals in immersive environments, effectively addressing issues such as the lack of intuitiveness in traditional two-dimensional drawings and low public participation. The study innovatively proposes a "multi-dimensional collaborative planning" model based on VR, which integrates functional modules such as spatial analysis, environmental simulation, and public participation, achieving a transition from single visual presentation to multi-sensory interaction. Empirical studies show that the evaluation efficiency of planning proposals using VR technology has increased by 40%, and public satisfaction has improved by 35%. Additionally, the research has developed a VR planning toolkit suitable for small and medium-sized cities, significantly lowering the technical application threshold. The theoretical contribution of this study lies in constructing a new paradigm for urban planning supported by VR technology, while its practical significance is reflected in providing an operational technical pathway for smart city construction. The results indicate that VR technology not only optimizes the planning and design process but also promotes effective communication among multiple stakeholders, offering strong support for the sustainable development of future cities.
