Abstract
This paper mainly studies the magnetic properties regulation and application of me tal materials. Firstly, the introduction provides an overview of the research background, current analysis methods, as well as the research methods and technical routes adopted. With the continuous development of technology, the magnetic properties of me tal materials are increasingly being applied in various fields. Therefore, it is of great significance to conduct in-depth research on the control methods of their magnetic properties. The second part of the paper discusses in detail the factors that affect the magnetic properties of me tal materials, including crystal structure, alloy elements, and heat treatment processes. Through in-depth analysis of the mechanisms of action of these factors, a theoretical basis has been provided for the subsequent regulation of magnetic properties. In the third part, the paper focuses on the methods of regulating the magnetic properties of me tal materials, including directional control of magnetic properties through component design, optimization of magnetic material properties through processing technology, and application of surface treatment technology to enhance magnetic properties. These methods provide effective means for precise control of the magnetic properties of me tal materials. Finally, the paper elaborates on the application research of magnetic me tal materials, including the application and performance optimization of soft magnetic materials in engineering, the development status and application prospects of permanent magnetic materials, as well as innovative design and application exploration of magnetic functional materials. These application research results provide practical guidance for regulating the magnetic properties of me tal materials, and also provide strong support for technological progress and industrial development in related fields.
