摘 要
随着全球制造业的快速发展,生产调度作为企业运营的核心环节,面临着日益复杂的挑战。传统的手工调度方式已难以应对大规模、多变量的生产环境,自动化技术的引入成为提升生产效率和优化资源配置的关键途径。本研究旨在探讨自动化技术在生产调度中的应用,通过系统分析现有调度方法的局限性,提出基于智能算法的自动化调度模型。研究首先回顾了国内外自动化技术在生产调度领域的应用现状,重点分析了遗传算法、粒子群优化算法等智能算法在调度问题中的表现。随后,结合中国某大型制造企业的实际案例,设计并实现了一种融合多种智能算法的混合调度模型。该模型通过动态调整参数和实时反馈机制,显著提升了调度的灵活性和准确性。实验结果表明,与传统调度方法相比,自动化调度模型在缩短生产周期、降低库存成本和提高设备利用率方面具有显著优势。特别是在多任务并行处理和紧急订单插入的情境下,自动化调度模型的响应速度和资源分配效率均优于传统方法。此外,本研究还探讨了自动化技术在不同规模企业中的适用性,提出了针对中小型企业的轻量化解决方案。

Abstract
With the rapid development of the global manufacturing industry, production scheduling, as the core link of enterprise operation, is facing increasingly complex challenges. The traditional manual scheduling mode has been difficult to cope with the large-scale and multi-variable production environment, and the introduction of automation technology has become a key way to improve the production efficiency and optimize the resource allocation. The purpose of this study is to explore the application of automation technology in production scheduling and propose an automated scheduling model based on intelligent algorithm by systematically analyzing the limitations of existing scheduling methods. The paper first reviews the application status of automation technology in the field of production and scheduling, and focuses on the performance of intelligent algorithms such as genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm in scheduling problems. Subsequently, combined with the actual case of a large manufacturing enterprise in China, a hybrid scheduling model integrating multiple intelligent algorithms was designed and implemented. The model significantly improves the flexibility and accuracy of scheduling by dynamically adjusting parameters and real-time feedback mechanism. The experimental results show that the automated scheduling model has significant advantages in shortening the production cycle, reducing the inventory cost and improving the equipment utilization over the traditional scheduling method. Especially in the context of multi-task parallel processing and emergency order insertion, the response speed and resource allocation efficiency of the automated scheduling model are better than the traditional methods. Moreover, this study also explores the applicability of automation technology in enterprises of different sizes, and proposes lightweight solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises.
