摘 要
森林生态系统中,林分结构是影响土壤微生物多样性的重要因素之一。本研究旨在探讨不同林分结构对土壤微生物群落组成和多样性的影响,以期为森林生态系统的可持续管理提供科学依据。研究选取了中国东北地区的三种典型林分结构作为研究对象,通过野外采样和室内实验相结合的方法,分析了土壤理化性质、微生物群落结构及其多样性指数。结果表明,不同林分结构下的土壤微生物多样性存在显著差异,其中针阔混交林的微生物多样性最高,其次是阔叶林,针叶林最低。进一步分析发现,土壤有机质含量、pH值和水分状况是影响微生物多样性的关键环境因子。此外,本研究首次揭示了针阔混交林在维持土壤微生物多样性方面的独特优势,为森林生态系统的优化配置提供了新的视角。研究表明,合理的林分结构调整有助于提高土壤微生物多样性,进而促进森林生态系统的健康与稳定。

EFFECTS OF DIFFERENT STAND STRUCTURE ON SOIL MICROBIAL DIVERSITY
ABSTRACT
In forest ecosystem, stand structure is one of the important factors affecting soil microbial diversity. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of different stand structure on soil microbial community composition and diversity, in order to provide scientific basis for the sustainable management of forest ecosystem. Three typical stand structures in northeast China were selected as research ob jects, and soil physicochemical properties, microbial community structure and diversity index were analyzed through field sampling and laboratory experiment. The results showed that there were significant differences in soil microbial diversity among different stand structures, with the highest microbial diversity in mixed broad-leaved forest, followed by broad-leaved forest and coniferous forest. Further analysis showed that soil organic matter content, pH value and water status were the key environmental factors affecting microbial diversity. In addition, this study reveals for the first time the unique advantages of mixed forest in maintaining soil microbial diversity, providing a new perspective for the optimal allocation of forest ecosystems. The results show that the reasonable adjustment of stand structure can improve soil microbial diversity and promote the health and stability of forest ecosystem.
