摘 要
随着全球环境问题的日益突出,绿色化学工艺在制药工业中的应用逐渐受到重视。本研究旨在探讨绿色化学工艺在制药过程中的具体应用及其对环境的影响。通过文献综述和实验研究相结合的方法,本研究分析了绿色化学工艺在原料选择、反应条件优化、废物处理等方面的应用案例。研究发现,采用绿色化学工艺可以显著减少有害物质的使用和排放,提高资源利用效率,降低生产成本。例如,某制药企业在生产过程中引入绿色催化剂,成功将废水排放量减少了30%,同时提高了产品收率。此外,本研究还提出了基于生命周期评价的绿色化学工艺评估模型,为制药企业提供了科学决策依据。该模型综合考虑了环境影响、经济效益和社会效益,具有较强的实用性和推广价值。总体而言,本研究不仅丰富了绿色化学工艺的理论体系,还为制药工业的可持续发展提供了新的思路和方法。

Abstract
With the increasingly prominent global environmental problems, the application of green chemical technology in the pharmaceutical industry has been paid more and more attention. The purpose of this study was to investigate the application of green chemical process in pharmaceutical process and its impact on the environment. Through the method of literature review and experimental study, this study analyzed the application cases of green chemical process in raw material selection, reaction condition optimization, waste treatment and so on. It is found that the use of green chemical processes can significantly reduce the use and emission of harmful substances, improve resource utilization efficiency and reduce production costs. For example, a pharmaceutical company introduced green catalysts in the production process, which successfully reduced wastewater discharge by 30% and increased product yield. In addition, a green chemical process evaluation model based on life cycle evaluation is proposed, which provides scientific decision-making basis for pharmaceutical enterprises. The model considers the environmental impact, economic benefit and social benefit comprehensively, and has strong practicability and popularization value. In general, this study not only enriched the theoretical system of green chemical process, but also provided new ideas and methods for the sustainable development of pharmaceutical industry.
