现代生活方式的改变导致肠道菌群失衡,成为全球健康问题。肠道菌群是人体重要的微生态系统,对营养吸收、免疫稳态和能量平衡有关键作用。失衡与多种慢性疾病相关,因此调节肠道菌群对预防和治疗这些疾病很重要。大黄素,一种从中药大黄中提取的化合物,因其药理活性,特别是抗炎、抗氧化、抗菌和免疫调节作用,在调节肠道菌群方面受到关注。本研究探讨了大黄素对肠道菌群组成、代谢产物和宿主免疫功能的影响。结果表明,大黄素能促进有益菌生长,抑制有害菌繁殖,优化肠道菌群结构。它还能促进短链脂肪酸生成,增强肠道屏障功能,改善能量代谢。机制研究显示,大黄素通过上调紧密连接蛋白表达和激活肠道黏膜免疫,增强肠道屏障完整性;同时调节T细胞平衡和抑制炎症介质释放,发挥免疫调节作用。本研究揭示了大黄素在调节肠道菌群、改善肠道健康方面的潜在机制,为相关疾病的预防和治疗提供了新思路。

Abstract
Changes in modern lifestyle lead to an imbalance of intestinal flora and become a global health problem. The intestinal flora is an important microecosystem of the human body and plays a key role in nutrient absorption, immune homeostasis and energy balance. Imbalance is associated with multiple chronic diseases, so regulation of gut flora is important for the prevention and treatment of these diseases.emodin, a compound derived from traditional Chinese medicine rhubarb, has received attention in regulating the intestinal flora for its pharmacological activities, especially anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antimicrobial, and immunomodulatory effects. This study investigated the effects of emodin on gut flora composition, me tabolites and host immune function. The results show that emodin can promote the growth of beneficial bacteria, inhibit the reproduction of harmful bacteria, and optimize the structure of intestinal flora. It can also promote the generation of short-chain fatty acids, enhance the intestinal barrier function, and improve energy me tabolism. Mechanistic studies showed that emodin enhances intestinal barrier integrity by upregulating the ex pression of tight junction proteins and activating intestinal mucosal immunity; while regulating the balance of T cells and inhibiting the release of inflammatory mediators, and playing a role in immune regulation. This study revealed the potential mechanism of emodin in regulating intestinal microbiota and improving intestinal health, and provides new ideas for the prevention and treatment of related diseases.
