糖尿病作为一种全球性慢性疾病，其管理与治疗一直是医学领域的研究重点。本研究旨在探讨胰岛素泵在糖尿病治疗中的应用效果及其临床价值，通过对比传统注射方式，评估胰岛素泵对血糖控制及患者生活质量的影响。研究采用前瞻性队列设计，选取120例1型和2型糖尿病患者，随机分为胰岛素泵治疗组与常规注射组，观察周期为6个月。结果表明，胰岛素泵治疗组的糖化血红蛋白水平显著降低，低血糖发生率明显减少，且患者的生活质量评分显著提高。此外，该研究首次引入了动态血糖监测数据进行综合分析，发现胰岛素泵能够更有效地维持血糖稳定性。结论认为，胰岛素泵作为一种先进的治疗手段，不仅提升了血糖控制效果，还改善了患者的日常体验，尤其适用于需要精细血糖管理的患者群体，为糖尿病个体化治疗提供了新的方向。此研究的创新点在于结合多维度指标评估胰岛素泵的临床优势，为优化糖尿病管理策略提供了科学依据。关键词：胰岛素泵; 糖尿病管理; 血糖控制
Abstract
Diabetes, as a global chronic disease, has been a research focus in the medical field regarding its management and treatment. This study aimed to investigate the efficacy and clinical value of insulin pump therapy in diabetes treatment by comparing it with traditional injection methods to evaluate its impact on glycemic control and patients' quality of life. A prospective cohort design was employed, involving 120 patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes who were randomly divided into an insulin pump treatment group and a conventional injection group, with an observation period of six months. The results demonstrated that the insulin pump treatment group experienced a significant reduction in glycosylated hemoglobin levels and a marked decrease in hypoglycemic episodes, along with a substantial improvement in quality of life scores. Additionally, this study was the first to incorporate continuous glucose monitoring data for comprehensive analysis, revealing that insulin pumps could more effectively maintain glycemic stability. It was concluded that insulin pump therapy, as an advanced treatment modality, not only enhances glycemic control but also improves patients' daily experiences, particularly suitable for those requiring precise blood glucose management, thus providing a new direction for individualized diabetes treatment. The innovation of this study lies in its multidimensional evaluation of the clinical advantages of insulin pump therapy, offering scientific evidence for optimizing diabetes management strategies.
