Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization, ‌ as a basic part of urban transport system, ‌ the construction scale of small transport facilities projects is constantly expanding. ‌ is of great significance to improve the efficiency of urban transport and ‌ to ensure the safety of citizens. ‌, however, ‌ small traffic facility projects are faced with many challenges in cost management, such as ‌ small project scale, ‌ involved in many links, ‌ cost control difficulty and so on. ‌ This paper conducts an in-depth study on the cost management of small traffic facilities engineering. ‌ analyzes the current situation of cost management, ‌ the existing problems and optimization strategies, ‌ in order to provide practical guidance and theoretical support for related projects. ‌‌ This paper expounds the importance of cost management of small traffic facilities engineering. ‌ effective cost management not only helps to control project cost, ‌ improve investment efficiency, ‌ can also promote rational allocation of resources and ‌ promote the sustainable development of urban transportation facilities. ‌ At the same time, ‌ with the continuous progress of technology in the field of transportation construction and the intensification of market competition, ‌ cost management has become an important index to measure the level of construction management of small transportation facilities projects. ‌‌ This paper analyzes the present situation of cost management of small traffic facilities engineering. ‌ At present, there are many problems in the cost management of ‌ small traffic facility projects, such as ‌ lack of economic consideration in the design stage, ‌ lax cost control in the construction stage, ‌ non-standard contract management and so on. ‌ These problems lead to large fluctuations in project cost, ‌ is difficult to be effectively controlled, and ‌ brings unnecessary economic losses to the project. ‌‌ This paper puts forward the optimization strategy of cost management of small traffic facilities engineering. ‌ first, strengthen the economic analysis in the design stage, ‌ through quota design, ‌ value engineering and other methods, ‌ optimize the design scheme, ‌ reduce the project cost; ‌ second, strengthen the cost control in the construction phase, ‌ improve the construction organization and design, ‌ optimize the allocation of resources, ‌ reduce unnecessary waste; ‌ third, standardize contract management, ‌ clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, ‌ strengthen the supervision and inspection during the performance of the contract, ‌ to ensure that the project cost is effectively controlled; ‌ the fourth is to establish a sound cost management information system, ‌ the use of modern information technology means to improve the efficiency and accuracy of cost management. ‌‌ This paper summarizes the results of the research on the cost management of small traffic facilities engineering, ‌ and points out that the study on the theory and method of cost management should be deepened in the future, ‌ and continue to explore the cost management mode adapted to the requirements of the new era, ‌ in order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of small traffic facilities engineering. ‌
