Abstract
With the title of "Cost Control and Optimization of small airport maintenance Engineering", , the cost management challenges and optimization strategies faced by small airports during the implementation of maintenance engineering are deeply discussed. as an important part of regional traffic, its smooth maintenance project is of great significance for ensuring the safe operation of airport facilities and improving service quality. , however, small airports often face many difficulties in cost control of maintenance projects due to the limited funds of and the relatively weak technical conditions of . This paper aims to analyze the status quo of cost control of small airport maintenance engineering, put forward effective cost optimization measures, in order to achieve the dual goals of economy and benefit of maintenance engineering. The importance of cost control of small airport maintenance engineering is firstly expounded in this paper. it is pointed out that reasonable cost control can not only reduce the maintenance cost, improve the efficiency of capital use, promote the optimal allocation of resources and ensure the high quality of maintenance engineering. then, the article deeply analyzes the main problems existing in the maintenance engineering cost control of small airports, such as unscientific budget formulation, high material procurement cost, low construction efficiency, etc. these problems directly affect the economic and social benefits of the maintenance projects. This paper puts forward a number of cost control and optimization strategies. first, strengthen preliminary planning and budget formulation. through detailed analysis of maintenance needs, scientific prediction of maintenance costs, work out reasonable and feasible maintenance budget, and provide strong guidance for follow-up work; second, to optimize material procurement and management, to establish a strict material procurement system, to strengthen material market price monitoring, to ensure material quality while reducing procurement costs; third, improve construction efficiency and quality. by introducing advanced construction technology, strengthening the training of construction personnel and improving construction management, improve construction efficiency and quality of maintenance projects and reduce unnecessary waste; fourthly, strengthen process monitoring and audit, establish a sound cost monitoring system, carry out follow-up audit of the whole process of maintenance engineering, to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of cost control. This paper also emphasizes the application of information technology in the cost control of small airport maintenance engineering. By introducing cost management software, and establishing engineering cost database and other information means, can realize real-time collection, processing and analysis of cost data, improve the efficiency and accuracy of cost management. At the same time, information means can also provide data support for maintenance engineering and provide scientific basis for decision-making. Based on the study of cost control and optimization of small airport maintenance engineering, , a number of targeted strategies and measures are put forward. The implementation of these strategies and measures will help to improve the cost management level of small airport maintenance projects, reduce the maintenance cost, improve the maintenance efficiency and quality, for the sustainable development of small airports.
