Abstract
With the title of "Cost Control Strategy of City natatorium Construction Project", for the city natatorium, a public facility construction project integrating physical fitness, leisure and entertainment, deeply discusses the cost control strategy and measures. With the acceleration of urbanization and the improvement of people's health awareness, the construction demand of city natatorium is increasing day by day. however, the high construction cost of also poses a severe challenge to the economic feasibility and sustainable development of the project. therefore, to formulate a reasonable cost control strategy to ensure the smooth implementation of the natatorium construction project is of great significance. This paper firstly analyzes the main components of the construction cost of city natatorium, including land cost, design cost, construction cost, equipment purchase cost and late operation and maintenance cost, etc. On this basis, puts forward the targeted cost control strategy. In terms of land cost, suggests that scientific site selection and rational planning should be used to reduce the land cost . In the design stage, implement the quota design, optimize the design scheme, reduce unnecessary waste; In the construction phase, strengthen contract management, strictly control material purchase and construction changes, to ensure that the construction cost is controllable; In the purchase of equipment, pays attention to cost performance, chooses the products with higher cost performance, considers the long-term operation cost and maintenance cost of equipment.
