Abstract
This paper mainly discusses the principle, working mechanism, performance analysis and optimization strategy of vehicle electric power steering system. First, the basic knowledge and principle of electric power steering system, as well as its working mechanism and key components are introduced. Then, the performance of vehicle electric power steering system is analyzed, including performance index, evaluation standard, experimental design and test method, and the results are analyzed and discussed. Finally, the optimization strategy of vehicle electric power steering system is proposed, including optimization ob jectives and constraints, optimization methods and algorithms, optimization results and effect evaluation. Through the in-depth understanding of electric power steering systems and the implementation of optimization strategies, vehicle handling and safety can be further improved.
