Abstract
The communication and cooperation mechanism of engineering project team is one of the key factors to ensure the successful implementation of the project, which is directly related to the project schedule, cost, quality and the satisfaction and performance of team members. This paper focuses on the research of communication and cooperation mechanism of engineering project team, deeply analyzes the existing problems in communication and cooperation of engineering project team, such as poor information transmission, low communication efficiency, and cooperation barriers, and discusses the causes of these problems. In order to build an efficient and smooth communication and collaboration mechanism for engineering project teams, this paper first analyzes the key factors affecting team communication and collaboration, including team structure, member roles and responsibilities, communication channels and methods, and collaboration tools and technologies. Then, combining advanced management theories and practice cases at home and abroad, a series of optimization strategies are put forward. These strategies include: Clarifying team goals and vision to enhance team cohesion; Optimize the team structure and promote the complementarity and collaboration among members; Establish diversified communication channels to ensure timely and accurate information transmission; Adopt advanced collaboration tools and technologies to improve the efficiency and quality of communication and collaboration; And strengthen the team training and cultural construction, improve the communication and cooperation ability of members. This paper also emphasizes the important role of leadership in the communication and collaboration mechanism of engineering project teams. A good leader can effectively guide the communication and cooperation among team members, resolve conflicts and differences, and push the project toward the goal. Therefore, this paper also explores how to cultivate and develop leadership to better support the communication and collaboration of engineering project teams.
