Abstract
The quality control at the completion and acceptance stage of a project is the key link to ensure that the overall quality of the project meets the design requirements, national standards and contract agreement. This paper comprehensively analyzes the key points of quality control in the completion and acceptance stage of engineering projects, including acceptance process, acceptance standard, technical data arrangement, construction quality defect treatment and product protection, aiming at putting forward a set of scientific, systematic and comprehensive quality control scheme to provide a strong guarantee for the smooth delivery and use of engineering projects. In the completion acceptance stage, the primary task of quality control is to carry out acceptance in strict accordance with the established procedures. This includes self-inspection of the construction unit, initial inspection of the supervision unit, and formal acceptance of the construction unit, and each link needs to ensure that the quality of the project meets the specified standards. At the same time, the acceptance process should focus on the important branch projects involving the safety and use of structural functions, through sampling testing, data review and other means to ensure the comprehensiveness and reliability of project quality. The arrangement of technical data is also an important part of quality control in the completion and acceptance stage. Complete, accurate and complete technical information is not only the true record of the project construction process, but also an important basis for the maintenance, renovation and expansion of the project in the later period. Therefore, before the completion of the acceptance, all technical data must be carefully reviewed to ensure that they meet the requirements of the code and can truly reflect the actual situation of the project.
