摘要
随着城市化进程的加速,城市地下空间的有效利用成为提升城市管理水平、促进城市可持续发展的重要途径。城市地下综合管廊作为地下空间利用的一种重要形式,通过集中敷设电力、通信、给水、排水、热力、燃气等市政管线,实现了城市基础设施的集约化、系统化管理。本文围绕“城市地下综合管廊工程管理”展开深入研究,旨在探讨如何加强综合管廊工程的规划、设计、施工及运维管理,以提升其整体效能和安全性。本文分析了城市地下综合管廊工程建设的必要性和紧迫性。随着城市人口的增长和基础设施的完善,传统的管线敷设方式已难以满足城市发展的需求,存在重复开挖、资源浪费、安全隐患等问题。综合管廊的建设能够有效解决这些问题,提高城市基础设施的承载能力和运行效率。本文详细阐述了城市地下综合管廊工程管理的关键环节。在规划阶段,应注重与城市总体规划的衔接,确保综合管廊的布局合理、功能完善;在设计阶段,需综合考虑管廊的断面尺寸、材料选择、施工工艺等因素,确保管廊结构的稳定性和耐久性;在施工阶段,应加强施工质量的监管和控制,确保管廊工程的顺利推进和高质量完成;在运维阶段,应建立完善的运维管理体系,确保管廊内各管线的安全稳定运行。本文提出了加强城市地下综合管廊工程管理的对策和建议。包括完善相关法律法规和标准体系、加强技术研发和人才培养、推广PPP等多元化融资模式、强化政府监管和社会监督等。这些措施有助于提升综合管廊工程的管理水平和运行效率,推动城市地下空间的科学利用和可持续发展。

Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization, the effective use of urban underground space has become an important way to improve the level of urban management and promote the sustainable development of the city. As an important form of underground space utilization, urban underground integrated pipeline corridor realizes the intensive and systematic management of urban infrastructure through the centralized laying of municipal pipelines such as power, communication, water supply, drainage, heat and gas. This paper conducts an in-depth study on "urban underground integrated pipeline corridor project management", aiming to discuss how to strengthen the planning, design, construction and operation and maintenance management of integrated pipeline corridor project, so as to improve its overall efficiency and safety. This paper analyzes the necessity and urgency of the construction of urban underground integrated pipe corridor. With the growth of urban population and the improvement of infrastructure, the traditional pipeline laying method has been difficult to meet the needs of urban development, and there are problems such as repeated excavation, resource waste, and security risks. The construction of integrated pipe corridor can effectively solve these problems and improve the carrying capacity and operation efficiency of urban infrastructure. In this paper, the key links of urban underground integrated pipe corridor project management are described in detail. In the planning stage, attention should be paid to the connection with the overall planning of the city, to ensure that the layout of the integrated pipe corridor is reasonable and the function is perfect; In the design stage, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the factors such as the section size, material selection and construction technology of the pipe corridor to ensure the stability and durability of the pipe corridor structure. In the construction stage, the supervision and control of construction quality should be strengthened to ensure the smooth progress and high quality completion of the pipeline corridor project; In the operation and maintenance stage, a sound operation and maintenance management system should be established to ensure the safe and stable operation of each pipeline in the pipeline corridor. This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the management of urban underground integrated pipe corridor project. It includes improving relevant laws, regulations and standard systems, strengthening technology research and development and personnel training, promoting diversified financing models such as PPP, and strengthening government supervision and social supervision. These measures help to improve the management level and operation efficiency of the integrated pipeline corridor project, and promote the scientific utilization and sustainable development of urban underground space.
