EPC总承包模式下施工质量控制研究
摘要
EPC(Engineering, Procurement, Construction)总承包模式作为国际工程市场的重要承包方式,近年来在国内得到了广泛的推广和应用。这一模式通过整合设计、采购和施工三个阶段,实现了工程建设项目的全生命周期管理,显著提高了项目管理效率和建设质量。然而,在EPC总承包模式下,施工质量控制仍然是一个复杂而关键的议题。本文围绕EPC总承包模式下施工质量控制展开深入研究,旨在探讨如何在这一模式下实现施工质量的全面提升。文章首先分析了EPC总承包模式的特点和优势,包括设计、采购和施工的高度集成、项目管理的系统性以及风险责任的明确划分等。随后,通过文献综述和案例分析,本文梳理了影响EPC总承包项目施工质量的主要因素,包括人力资源、物资设备、施工环境、管理制度等。针对这些因素,本文提出了相应的质量控制策略,包括加强施工队伍的培训和管理、严格控制材料设备的质量、优化施工环境和管理流程、完善质量管理制度等。在EPC总承包模式下,施工质量控制不仅需要总承包商自身的努力,还需要各分包商和供应商的紧密配合。因此,本文强调了协同质量控制的重要性,并探讨了如何通过建立有效的沟通机制和激励机制,促进各方在质量控制方面的协同努力。本文通过实证分析,验证了所提质量控制策略的有效性和可行性。结果表明,在EPC总承包模式下,通过实施科学的质量控制策略,可以显著提高施工项目的整体质量,降低质量风险,为业主和总承包商创造更大的价值。

Abstract
EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) general contracting mode, as an important contracting mode in the international engineering market, has been widely promoted and applied in China in recent years. By integrating the three stages of design, procurement and construction, this model realizes the whole life cycle management of engineering construction projects, and significantly improves the efficiency of project management and construction quality. However, under EPC general contracting mode, construction quality control is still a complex and critical issue. This paper conducts an in-depth study on construction quality control under EPC general contracting mode, aiming to explore how to achieve comprehensive improvement of construction quality under this mode. This paper first analyzes the characteristics and advantages of EPC general contracting mode, including the high integration of design, procurement and construction, systematic project management and clear division of risk responsibility. Then, through literature review and case analysis, this paper sorted out the main factors affecting the construction quality of EPC general contract projects, including human resources, materials and equipment, construction environment, management system and so on. In view of these factors, this paper puts forward the corresponding quality control strategy, including strengthening the training and management of the construction team, strictly controlling the quality of materials and equipment, optimizing the construction environment and management process, and improving the quality management system. Under EPC general contracting mode, construction quality control requires not only the efforts of the general contractor, but also the close cooperation of subcontractors and suppliers. Therefore, this paper emphasizes the importance of collaborative quality control, and discusses how to promote the collaborative efforts of all parties in quality control by establishing an effective communication mechanism and incentive mechanism. This paper verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed quality control strategy through empirical analysis. The results show that under EPC general contracting mode, the overall quality of construction projects can be significantly improved, quality risks can be reduced, and greater value can be created for owners and general contractors by implementing scientific quality control strategies.
