摘 要
本文探讨了中学生心理健康教育资源分配不均的问题及其对学生心理健康水平的影响。首先概述了心理健康教育的定义、特点及分类,随后分析了资源分配不均导致的学习机会不平等、社交隔离与孤独感加剧以及教育不公平感等问题。进一步地,文章揭示了课程设置缺乏多样性、缺乏跨学科整合以及教育认知偏差等是中学生心理健康教育资源分配不均的主要原因。针对这些问题,本文提出了多样化课程形式、整合教学资源以及树立正确观念等对策,以期改善中学生心理健康教育资源分配不均的现状,促进学生的心理健康发展。本研究对于推动中学生心理健康教育的均衡发展具有重要意义。

Abstract
This paper discusses the uneven distribution of mental health education resources among middle school students and its influence on students' mental health level. First, the definition, characteristics and classification of mental health education are summarized, and then the problems of unequal learning opportunities, increased social isolation and loneliness, and the sense of educational inequality caused by uneven resource distribution are analyzed. Furthermore, the paper reveals that the lack of curriculum diversity, lack of interdisciplinary integration and educational cognitive bias are the main reasons for the uneven distribution of mental health education resources among middle school students. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of adopting diversified curriculum forms, integrating teaching resources and establishing correct ideas, in order to improve the uneven distribution of mental health education resources for middle school students and promote the development of students' mental health. This study is of great significance for promoting the balanced development of mental health education among middle school students.
