在全球化日益加深的今天,工程项目团队往往跨越不同地域、文化和组织界限,这种多元性为项目带来创新与活力的同时,也加剧了团队沟通的难度。工程项目管理作为确保项目按时、按质、按预算完成的关键,其成功与否很大程度上依赖于团队内部的有效沟通。然而,在实践中,工程项目团队沟通常因文化背景差异、信息传递不畅、角色责任不明以及情感心理因素等障碍而受阻,导致项目延误、成本超支甚至失败。本文概述了工程项目管理基础、沟通理论及团队动力学等相关理论,为后续分析提供了坚实的理论基础。随后,文章详细阐述了工程项目团队沟通的重要性,包括提高项目执行效率、促进团队协作与信任以及减少误解与冲突等方面。紧接着,文章深入剖析了工程项目团队沟通中存在的四大障碍:文化背景差异、信息传递问题、角色与责任不明确以及情感与心理因素,并对每个障碍进行了细致的分类与阐述。针对这些障碍,本文提出了相应的优化策略,包括增强跨文化沟通能力、完善沟通机制与渠道、明确角色与责任以及营造积极沟通氛围等。这些策略旨在帮助工程项目团队克服沟通障碍,提升沟通效率与质量,从而确保项目的顺利进行与成功完成。最后,文章总结了研究成果,并对未来研究方向进行了展望。

Abstract
In today's deepening globalization, engineering project teams often cross different geographical, cultural and organizational boundaries. This diversity brings innovation and vitality to the project, but also aggravates the difficulty of team communication. As the key to ensure the completion of the project on time, with good quality and on budget, the success of the project management largely depends on the effective communication within the team. However, in practice, project team communication is often hindered by obstacles such as cultural background differences, poor information transmission, unclear role responsibilities, and emotional and psychological factors, leading to project delays, cost overruns and even failure. This paper summarizes the foundation of project management, communication theory and team dynamics, which provides a solid theoretical basis for the subsequent analysis. Subsequently, the article details the importance of project team communication, including improving the efficiency of project execution, promoting teamwork and trust, and reducing misunderstanding and conflict. Then, the article deeply analyzes the four obstacles in the communication of the project team: cultural background differences, information transmission problems, unclear roles and responsibilities, and emotional and psychological factors, and makes a detailed classification and elaboration of each obstacle. In view of these obstacles, this paper proposes corresponding optimization strategies, including enhancing cross-cultural communication skills, improving communication mechanisms and channels, clarifying roles and responsibilities, and creating a positive communication atmosphere. These strategies are designed to help the project team overcome communication barriers and improve the efficiency and quality of communication, thus ensuring the smooth and successful completion of the project. Finally, the paper summarizes the research results and prospects the future research direction.
