随着工程项目的规模日益扩大和复杂性的增加,质量管理作为工程项目管理的核心环节,其重要性愈发凸显。然而,在实际工程项目实施过程中,质量管理面临着诸多挑战。一方面,部分工程项目存在质量意识淡薄的问题,管理层对质量的重视程度不足,员工也缺乏足够的质量意识,导致质量问题频发。另一方面,质量管理体系不健全、质量监控不到位以及质量改进机制缺失等问题也严重制约了工程项目质量的提升。这些问题不仅影响了工程项目的顺利完成,还可能对人民群众的生命财产安全造成威胁。本文概述了工程项目管理基础、质量管理理论以及质量管理工具与方法,为后续分析奠定了理论基础。随后,文章深入剖析了工程项目质量管理中存在的四大问题:质量意识淡薄、质量管理体系不健全、质量监控不到位以及质量改进机制缺失,并详细阐述了这些问题的具体表现及其对项目质量的影响。针对这些问题,本文提出了相应的改进措施,包括强化质量意识、完善质量管理体系、加强质量监控以及建立质量改进机制等。这些措施旨在提高工程项目质量管理的科学性、有效性和系统性,确保工程项目质量达标,提升企业竞争力,并降低后期维护成本。最后,本文总结了研究成果,并强调了持续改进在工程项目质量管理中的重要性。

Abstract
With the increasing scale and complexity of engineering projects, quality management, as the core link of engineering project management, is becoming more and more prominent. However, in the actual project implementation process, quality management faces many challenges. On the one hand, some engineering projects have the problems of weak quality awareness, the management pays insufficient attention to quality, and the employees also lack sufficient quality awareness, leading to frequent quality problems. On the other hand, the quality management system is not perfect, the quality control is not in place and the lack of quality improvement mechanism and other problems also seriously restrict the improvement of the project quality. These problems not only affect the smooth completion of the project, but also may pose a threat to the safety of people's lives and property. This paper summarizes the foundation of project management, quality management theory and quality management tools and methods, which lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent analysis. Subsequently, the article deeply analyzes the four problems in the project quality management: the weak quality consciousness, the quality management system is not perfect, the quality control is not in place and the lack of quality improvement mechanism, and expounds the specific performance of these problems and their impact on the project quality. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement measures, including strengthening quality awareness, improving quality management system, strengthening quality control and establishing quality improvement mechanism. These measures aim to improve the scientific, effective and systematic project quality management, ensure that the quality of the project standards, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, and reduce the later maintenance costs. Finally, this paper summarizes the research results and highlights the importance of continuous improvement in the quality management of engineering projects.
