随着信息技术的飞速发展,云计算作为一种新兴的计算模式,正逐渐渗透到各行各业中。在工程造价管理领域,云计算技术的应用为传统的管理模式带来了革命性的变革。工程造价管理涉及众多复杂的数据处理和决策分析,而云计算凭借其强大的数据存储、处理和分析能力,为工程造价管理提供了高效、便捷、精准的解决方案。本文首先概述了工程造价管理基础理论和云计算技术简介,以及云计算在工程造价管理中的应用原理。接着,本文重点分析了云计算在工程造价管理中的重要性,包括提高管理效率与精度、降低成本与风险、增强决策科学性等方面。然后,文章深入探讨了云计算在工程造价管理中面临的四大挑战,即数据安全与隐私保护、技术集成与兼容性、人才短缺与技能提升、成本投入与效益评估。最后,针对这些挑战,本文提出了相应的对策,如加强数据安全与隐私保护、促进技术集成与兼容性、解决人才短缺与技能提升问题以及合理控制成本投入与效益评估等,以期为工程造价管理的现代化提供有益的参考和借鉴。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, cloud computing, as an emerging computing mode, is gradually infiltrating into all industries. In the field of engineering cost management, the application of cloud computing technology has brought about revolutionary changes to the traditional management mode. Project cost management involves many complex data processing and decision analysis, and cloud computing, with its powerful data storage, processing and analysis capabilities, provides efficient, convenient and accurate solutions for project cost management. This paper first summarizes the basic theory of engineering cost management and cloud computing technology, as well as the application principles of cloud computing in engineering cost management. Then, this paper focuses on the importance of cloud computing in engineering cost management, including improving management efficiency and accuracy, reducing cost and risk, enhancing scientific decision-making and other aspects. Then, the paper deeply discusses the four challenges faced by cloud computing in engineering cost management, namely, data security and privacy protection, technology integration and compatibility, talent shortage and skill improvement, cost input and benefit evaluation. Finally, in view of these challenges, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures, such as strengthening data security and privacy protection, promoting technology integration and compatibility, solving the problem of talent shortage and skill improvement, and reasonable control of cost input and benefit evaluation, etc., in order to provide useful reference and reference for the modernization of project cost management.
