Abstract

With the rise of Industry 4.0 and intelligent manufacturing, chemical process automation and intelligent control technology is becoming a key force to promote the transformation and upgrading of the chemical industry. The introduction part first expounds the background and significance of the research, and points out the importance of automation and intelligent control technology to improve production efficiency, reduce energy consumption and reduce environmental pollution in the chemical industry under the dual pressure of resources and environment. The second chapter introduces the basis of chemical process automation technology, including the composition of automatic control system, chemical process control strategy and the application of automation technology in chemical process. This chapter provides the necessary theoretical support for the understanding of chemical process automation. The third chapter focuses on the application of intelligent control technology in chemical process, including the basic principle and fr amework of intelligent control technology, the innovative application of intelligent algorithm in chemical process optimization, the practice of artificial intelligence in chemical fault diagnosis and prediction, and the analysis of economic and environmental benefits of intelligent control in chemical process. This chapter shows the application potential and practical effects of intelligent control technology in the chemical industry. The fourth chapter looks forward to the development trend of chemical process automation and intelligent control technology, covering Industry 4.0 and intelligent manufacturing, the application of cloud computing and big data in automation, the integration of Internet of Things and automation technology, and the development of future technologies.
