Abstract

With the increasingly severe global environmental problems, the research and application of environmental protection chemical engineering technology has become the key to the sustainable development of chemical industry. In the introduction part, the paper first describes the background and significance of the research, and points out the importance of environmental protection chemical engineering technology in reducing environmental pollution and improving resource utilization efficiency. Then, it summarizes the research status at home and abroad in this field, and clarifies the research purpose of this paper. The second chapter introduces the basic principles of environmental chemical engineering technology in detail, including twelve principles of green chemistry, environmentally friendly reaction medium, environmentally friendly catalyst and waste minimization and recycling. These principles provide theoretical basis and guiding ideology for the development of environmental protection chemical engineering technology. The third chapter focuses on the latest progress of environmental chemical engineering technology, including green synthesis technology, cleaner production technology, environmental remediation technology and the application of biotechnology in environmental protection. The development of these technologies not only improves the environmental performance of chemical products, but also provides new ideas and methods for solving environmental problems. Chapter 4 analyzes the challenges faced by environmentally friendly chemical engineering technologies, including technology cost and economic analysis, regulatory and policy support, technological innovation and intellectual property protection, and public awareness and market acceptance. The existence of these challenges limits the wide application and further development of environmentally friendly chemical engineering technology. The fifth chapter puts forward the countermeasures to cope with the challenges of environmental chemical engineering technology, including increasing R&D investment and technological innovation, formulating reasonable economic policies and incentive mechanism, improving laws and regulations system and strengthening supervision. These measures aim to promote the further development and application of environmental protection chemical engineering technology. This not only provides valuable reference for researchers and practitioners of environmental protection chemical engineering technology, but also provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the green transformation and sustainable development of chemical industry.
