地铁施工安全管理与事故预防对策
摘要
随着城市化进程的加速,地铁作为高效、便捷的公共交通工具,在全球范围内得到了广泛应用。然而,地铁施工工程复杂、周期长、涉及专业多,且常处于城市繁华地带,施工安全管理面临着诸多挑战。近年来,地铁施工过程中发生的安全事故时有发生,不仅造成了人员伤亡和财产损失,还严重影响了工程进度和社会稳定。本文概述了安全管理理论、事故致因理论和风险管理理论等相关理论基础,为后续研究提供了理论支撑。随后,分析了地铁施工安全管理的重要性,强调了其在保障施工人员生命安全、确保工程质量与进度、维护社会稳定与公众信任方面的关键作用。在此基础上,本文深入探讨了地铁施工安全管理的四个关键方面:安全管理体系构建、安全教育培训、施工现场安全管理和安全监督与检查。针对地铁施工中的事故预防,本文提出了包括技术措施预防、管理措施预防、人员管理预防以及环境与设备预防在内的四大对策,并详细阐述了每个对策下的具体实施措施。通过本文的研究,旨在为地铁施工安全管理提供一套系统、科学的理论框架和实践指导,以减少安全事故的发生,保障地铁施工的顺利进行。

Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization, the subway, as an efficient and convenient public transportation tool, has been widely used worldwide. However, subway construction projects are complex, time-consuming, involve multiple specialties, and often located in bustling urban areas, posing many challenges to construction safety management. In recent years, safety accidents have occurred frequently during subway construction, causing not only casualties and property damage, but also seriously affecting project progress and social stability. This article provides an overview of relevant theoretical foundations such as safety management theory, accident causation theory, and risk management theory, providing theoretical support for subsequent research. Subsequently, the importance of subway construction safety management was analyzed, emphasizing its crucial role in ensuring the safety of construction personnel, guaranteeing project quality and progress, maintaining social stability and public trust. On this basis, this article deeply explores four key aspects of subway construction safety management: construction of safety management system, safety education and training, construction site safety management, and safety supervision and inspection. This article proposes four major measures for accident prevention in subway construction, including technical measures prevention, management measures prevention, personnel management prevention, and environmental and equipment prevention, and elaborates on the specific implementation measures under each measure. The purpose of this study is to provide a systematic and scientific theoretical fr amework and practical guidance for the safety management of subway construction, in order to reduce the occurrence of safety accidents and ensure the smooth progress of subway construction.
