冷链物流温控技术不足问题与对策
摘 要
随着全球食品贸易的快速增长和消费者对食品安全及品质要求的日益提高,冷链物流作为保障食品从生产到消费全链条温度控制的关键环节,其重要性愈发凸显。本文围绕冷链物流温控技术展开研究,首先概述了冷链物流的基础理论、温控技术原理以及物联网与智能控制技术在冷链物流中的应用。随后,深入分析了温控技术在冷链物流中的重要作用,包括保障产品质量与安全、提升物流效率与成本控制等。接着,本文重点探讨了冷链物流温控技术存在的不足,具体包括温控设备性能不稳定、温控系统智能化程度低、冷链断链风险高以及监管与追溯体系不完善等四个方面,并针对每个问题进行了详细剖析。最后,本文提出了相应的解决对策,包括提升温控设备性能与稳定性、推进温控系统智能化升级、强化冷链断链风险控制以及完善监管与追溯体系等,旨在为冷链物流行业提供理论支持与实践指导,推动冷链物流温控技术的持续改进与创新发展。

Abstract
With the rapid growth of global food trade and the increasing requirements of consumers for food safety and quality, the importance of cold chain logistics, as a key link to ensure the temperature control of the whole chain from production to consumption, is becoming more and more prominent. This paper focuses on the temperature control technology of cold chain logistics. First, it summarizes the basic theory of cold chain logistics, the principle of temperature control technology, and the application of the Internet of Things and intelligent control technology in cold chain logistics. Subsequently, the important role of temperature control technology in cold chain logistics is deeply analyzed, including ensuring product quality and safety, improving logistics efficiency and cost control, etc. Then, this paper focuses on the shortcomings of temperature control technology of cold chain logistics, including unstable performance of temperature control equipment, low intelligence degree of temperature control system, high risk of cold chain chain break, and imperfect supervision and traceability system, and makes a detailed analysis of each problem. Finally, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, including improve temperature control equipment performance and stability, promote temperature control system intelligent upgrade, strengthening cold chain broken chain risk control and perfect supervision and traceability system, etc., aims to provide theoretical support for cold chain logistics industry and practical guidance, promote the continuous improvement of cold chain logistics temperature control technology and innovation development.
