跨境电子商务物流的挑战与对策研究

Abstract
With the deepening development of globalization and the popularization of Internet technology, cross-border e-commerce has become an important part of international trade, and its rapid growth trend has put forward higher requirements for the logistics system. Cross-border e-commerce has broken the geographical restrictions of traditional trade, provided consumers with more convenient and diversified shopping choices, and opened up a broader market space for enterprises. This paper outlines the basic theories of cross-border e-commerce, including its definition, characteristics, operation process and mode, as well as the application of logistics management theory in cross-border e-commerce. This paper analyzes the importance of cross-border e-commerce logistics in improving consumer experience, promoting the development of international trade and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper expounds the four challenges faced by cross-border e-commerce logistics: high cost of cross-border logistics, poor timeliness and traceability, difficulty of cross-border logistics and supply chain management, and return and after-sales service, and puts forward specific countermeasures for each challenge. In terms of reducing logistics cost, it is suggested to optimize the transportation route and mode, and negotiate to reduce tariff; introduce advanced logistics technology and equipment, establish a perfect information system, and understanding of communication and cooperation in all links of the supply chain; improve the improvement of return and after-sales service, simplify the cross-border return process and establish a responsive after-sales service system. The research in this paper has important reference value for cross-border e-commerce enterprises to cope with logistics challenges and enhance their competitiveness.
