城市配送“最后一公里”问题解决方案探讨
摘 要
随着电子商务的蓬勃发展和消费者购物习惯的转变,城市物流配送特别是“最后一公里”配送面临着前所未有的挑战与机遇。作为连接消费者与电商平台的关键环节,“最后一公里”配送的效率、成本、客户满意度及环保性直接关系到整个物流体系的运行效果。本研究聚焦于城市配送“最后一公里”问题,通过系统梳理物流配送基础理论、“最后一公里”配送理论及关键技术应用,深入剖析了当前城市配送在成本、效率、客户满意度及环保方面存在的主要问题。针对这些问题,本研究从降低配送成本、提高配送效率、提升客户满意度及促进环保与可持续发展四个维度出发,提出了包括优化配送网络布局、提升技术应用水平、精准预测与动态调度、强化服务意识与培训、推广绿色包装与回收以及节能减排与低碳配送等一系列解决方案与对策。本研究不仅丰富了城市物流配送理论体系,也为物流企业优化配送策略、提升竞争力提供了实践指导,对于推动城市物流配送的可持续发展具有重要意义。

Abstract
With the booming development of e-commerce and the change of consumers' shopping habits, urban logistics distribution, especially the "last kilometer" distribution, is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities. As a key link connecting consumers and e-commerce platforms, the efficiency, cost, customer satisfaction and environmental protection of the "last kilometer" distribution are directly related to the operation effect of the entire logistics system. This research focuses on the "last kilometer" problem of urban distribution. By systematically combing the basic theory of logistics distribution, the "last kilometer" distribution theory and the application of key technologies, it paper analyzes the main problems in cost, efficiency, customer satisfaction and environmental protection. For these problems, this study from reducing the distribution cost, improve the efficiency of distribution, improve customer satisfaction and promote environmental protection and sustainable development of four dimensions, including optimization of distribution network layout, enhance the level of technology application, accurate prediction and dynamic scheduling, strengthen service consciousness and training, promote green packaging and recycling and energy conservation and emissions reduction and low carbon distribution and a series of solutions and countermeasures. This study not only enriches the theoretical system of urban logistics distribution, but also provides practical guidance for logistics enterprises to optimize their distribution strategies and enhance their competitiveness, which is of great significance for promoting the sustainable development of urban logistics distribution.
