青少年抑郁情绪的成因及应对策略研究

摘  要

近年来,青少年抑郁情绪已成为全球公共卫生领域关注的焦点。随着社会竞争的加剧、家庭结构的多样化以及信息技术的飞速发展,青少年面临着前所未有的心理压力和挑战。因此,本研究基于发展心理学的视角,综合分析了青少年抑郁情绪的成因及应对策略。通过文献综述和实证研究,我们发现青少年抑郁情绪的成因主要包括个体因素(如生理发育、人格特质)、家庭环境(如教养方式、亲子关系)、学校环境(如应试教育、学业压力)以及社会文化因素(如网络沉迷、社会价值取向)。针对这些成因,我们提出了多方面的应对策略,包括增强个体心理素质(提升自我认知与情绪管理、培养抗逆力与积极人格)、优化家庭环境(改善家庭沟通与关系、调整教养方式与家庭功能)、促进学校支持(建立心理健康教育体系、加强师生互动与同伴支持)以及改善社会文化环境(媒体素养教育与健康形象塑造、促进社会包容性与文化多样性)。本研究结果有助于深化对青少年抑郁情绪的理解,为青少年心理健康教育和干预提供实践指导,同时也为相关政策制定提供参考。

Abstract

In recent years, adolescent depression has become the focus of the global public health field. With the intensification of social competition, the diversification of family structure and the rapid development of information technology, teenagers are facing unprecedented psychological pressure and challenges. Therefore, based on the perspective of developmental psychology, the causes of depression and coping strategies were analyzed. Through literature review and empirical research, we found that the causes of adolescent depression mainly includes individual factors (such as physiological development, personality traits), family environment (such as parenting, parent-child relationship), school environment (such as exam-oriented education, academic pressure) and social and cultural factors (such as Internet addiction, social value orientation). For these causes, we put forward various coping strategies, including enhance individual psychological quality (improve self-awareness and emotional management, cultivate resilience and positive personality), optimize the family environment (improve family communication and relationship, adjust the parenting style and family function), promote school support (establish mental health education system, strengthen the interaction between teachers and students and peer support) and improve the social and cultural environment (media literacy education and health image shaping, promote social inclusiveness and cultural diversity). The results can help deepen the understanding of adolescent depressive mood, provide practical guidance for adolescent mental health education and intervention, and also provide reference for relevant policy making.
