摘 要
在快速变化的商业环境中,企业员工作为企业的核心资源,其心理健康状态直接影响到企业的整体绩效和可持续发展。近年来,随着工作节奏的加快和竞争压力的增大,企业员工面临着前所未有的心理压力和挑战。因此,本文旨在探讨企业员工心理健康问题的成因及干预措施。通过对工作压力、人际关系、职业规划与发展困境以及工作与个人生活平衡等关键因素的分析,揭示了这些因素对员工心理健康的负面影响。为了改善员工的心理健康状况,本文提出了一系列干预措施,包括优化任务分配与时间管理、提供健康的工作条件与环境、改善人际关系与工作环境、支持职业规划与发展、推行弹性工作制度以及增设员工福利与支持项目等。这些措施旨在从多个角度入手,全面提升员工的心理健康水平,进而促进企业的健康发展和社会的和谐稳定。通过实施这些干预措施,企业可以构建更加积极、健康的工作环境,提高员工的工作满意度和忠诚度,为企业的长远发展奠定坚实基础。

Abstract
In the rapidly changing business environment, the enterprise employees, as the core resource of the enterprise, their mental health state directly affects the overall performance and sustainable development of the enterprise. In recent years, with the acceleration of the pace of work and the increase of competition pressure, enterprise employees are facing unprecedented psychological pressure and challenges. Therefore, this paper aims to explore the causes and causes of mental health problems and interventions. The analysis of key factors such as work stress, interpersonal relationships, career planning and development dilemmas, and the balance between work and personal life reveals the negative effects of these factors on employee mental health. In order to improve the mental health of employees, this paper proposes a series of interventions, including optimizing task allocation and time management, providing healthy working conditions and environment, improving interpersonal relationships and working environment, supporting career planning and development, implementing flexible work system, and adding employee welfare and support programs. These measures aim to comprehensively improve the mental health level of employees from multiple perspectives, thus promoting the healthy development of the enterprise and the harmony and stability of the society. By implementing these interventions, enterprises can build a more active and healthy working environment, improve employee job satisfaction and loyalty, and lay a solid foundation for the long-term development of the enterprise.

Abstract
