幼儿艺术素养培养存在的难题与优化对策研究

本文概述了幼儿艺术素养的定义、特点及理论基础,并探讨了艺术素养对幼儿全面发展的重要作用,包括激发创造力与想象力、提升审美能力以及促进情感和社交技能的发展。然而,当前幼儿艺术素养培养面临诸多难题,如教师主导的教学模式、情感教育缺失、师资力量匮乏以及教材与资源质量参差不齐等。为解决这些问题,本文提出了优化幼儿艺术素养培养的策略,包括转变教学观念、融入情感教育、加强教师培训以及严格筛选教材等,旨在为幼儿创造一个更加有利于艺术素养发展的教育环境。本研究对于提升幼儿艺术教育的质量,促进幼儿全面发展具有重要意义,同时也为教育管理者和教师提供了有价值的参考。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the definition, characteristics and theoretical basis of children's artistic literacy, and explores the important role of artistic literacy in children's overall development, including stimulating creativity and imagination, improving aesthetic ability, and promoting the development of emotional and social skills. However, at present, children's artistic literacy training is faced with many difficulties, such as teacher-led teaching mode, lack of emotional education, lack of teachers, and uneven quality of teaching materials and resources. In order to solve these problems, this paper puts forward strategies to optimize the cultivation of children's artistic literacy, including changing teaching concepts, integrating emotional education, strengthening teacher training and strictly screening teaching materials, etc., to create an educational environment more conducive to the development of artistic literacy. This study is of great significance for improving the quality of preschool art education and promoting the overall development of young children, and also provides a valuable reference for educational administrators and teachers.
