食品包装材料安全性与可持续性研究
摘 要
随着食品工业的快速发展和消费者健康意识的日益增强,食品包装材料的安全性与可持续性已成为全球关注的焦点。食品包装不仅承担着保护食品质量、延长保质期的重要职责,还直接关系到消费者的健康与环境的可持续发展。本研究概述了食品包装材料的基础知识、安全性评价理论与可持续发展理论,为后续研究提供了理论支撑。随后,针对食品包装材料的安全性问题,系统分析了有害物质迁移的风险、安全性检测技术的应用现状以及安全性标准的制定与执行情况。在可持续性方面,研究探讨了可持续包装材料的研发进展、包装材料的循环利用途径、绿色包装设计的原则以及可持续包装体系的构建策略。最后,针对当前食品包装材料在安全性与可持续性方面存在的问题,提出了加强安全性监管、推动可持续包装技术创新、提升公众意识与参与度以及构建可持续包装产业链的对策建议。

STUDY ON THE SAFETY AND SUSTAINABILITY OF FOOD PACKAGING MATERIALS
ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of the food industry and the increasing health awareness of consumers, the safety and sustainability of food packaging materials have become the focus of global attention. Food packaging not only bears the important responsibility of protecting food quality and extending the shelf life, but also is directly related to the health of consumers and the sustainable development of the environment. This study summarizes the basic knowledge of materials, safety evaluation theory and sustainable development theory of food packaging materials, which provides theoretical support for subsequent research. Subsequently, according to the safety problem of food packaging materials, the risk of migration of harmful substances, the application status of safety detection technology and the formulation and implementation of safety standards are systematically analyzed. In terms of sustainability, the research discusses the development progress of sustainable packaging materials, the recycling path of packaging materials, the principles of green packaging design and the construction strategy of sustainable packaging system. Finally, in view of the current problems in the safety and sustainability of food packaging materials, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to strengthen the safety supervision, promote the innovation of sustainable packaging technology, enhance the public awareness and participation, and build a sustainable packaging industry chain.
