摘要

本文深入探讨了新时期森林抚育经营的技术创新与面临的挑战，以及相应的应对措施。首先，分析了森林抚育经营在促进森林产业绿色发展、挖掘森林旅游与生态服务潜力、贡献于社区发展等方面的经济与社会影响。随后，聚焦于新时期森林抚育经营的技术创新，包括精准抚育技术、生态友好型技术、信息化与智能化技术，以及多元化技术应用等前沿趋势。然而，文章也揭示了当前森林抚育经营面临的技术瓶颈、管理挑战、生态困境及资金与政策难题，如传统抚育技术效率低下、经营管理模式单一、森林生态系统退化、资金投入不足等。针对这些问题，本文提出了具体的对策，包括加大技术研发投入、优化管理流程、实施严格的生态保护措施、加强病虫害监测与防控，以及加大政府财政投入和完善政策支持体系等。这些对策旨在推动森林抚育经营的技术进步，提升管理效能，保护生态环境，促进森林资源的可持续利用与发展。本研究对于指导新时期森林抚育经营实践，推动林业产业转型升级具有重要意义。

TECHNIQUES AND MEASURES OF FOREST MANAGEMENT IN THE NEW PERIOD

ABSTRACT

This paper deeply discusses the technological innovation and challenges of forest management in the new era, and the corresponding countermeasures. Firstly, the economic and social impacts of forest management in promoting the green development of forest industry, tapping the potential of forest tourism and ecological services, and contributing to community development were analyzed. Subsequently, it focuses on technological innovation of forest tending management in the new era, including cutting-edge trends such as precision tending technology, eco-friendly technology, information and intelligent technology, and diversified technology applications. However, the paper also reveals the technical bottlenecks, management challenges, ecological dilemmas and financial and policy problems faced by the current forest tending operation, such as the low efficiency of traditional tending technology, single management mode, forest ecosystem degradation, and insufficient capital investment. To solve these problems, this paper puts forward specific countermeasures, including increasing investment in technology research and development, optimizing management process, implementing strict ecological protection measures, strengthening disease and pest monitoring and control, increasing government financial investment and improving policy support system. These measures aim to promote the technological progress of forest management, improve management efficiency, protect the ecological environment, and promote the sustainable utilization and development of forest resources. This study is of great significance for guiding forest management practice in the new period and promoting the transformation and upgrading of forestry industry.
