Abstract 
With the in-depth implementation of "Made in China 2025" strategy, industrial robots as an important part of intelligent manufacturing, the design and implementation of its electrical control system is particularly important. The electrical control system of industrial robot is not only directly related to the motion accuracy, stability and reliability of the robot, but also affects the automation level and production efficiency of the entire production line. Therefore, this paper focuses on the design and implementation of industrial robot electrical control system, aiming to improve the overall performance of industrial robots through technological innovation and optimization design. This paper introduces the basic concepts and components of industrial robot electrical control system. The electrical control system of industrial robot is mainly composed of controller, driver, sensor and actuator. Through complex electrical connection and signal processing, the precise control of robot motion trajectory, speed and force is realized. On this basis, this paper analyzes the development trend and technical challenges of the current industrial robot electrical control system, such as high-precision control, high-dynamic response, multi-axis cooperative control, etc. This paper describes in detail the design idea and implementation method of the industrial robot electrical control system. In the design process, this paper fully considers the application scenarios, performance requirements and cost benefits of industrial robots, and adopts advanced control algorithms, optimization algorithms and hardware selection strategies. At the same time, this paper also introduces the hardware architecture design, software programming and debugging test of the electrical control system to ensure that the system can run stably and reliably. In the process of implementation, this paper adopts the modular design idea, and divides the electrical control system into several functional modules, such as motion control module, sensor signal processing module, human-computer interaction module, etc. Each module has an independent function and interface, which is easy to maintain and upgrade the system. In addition, the performance of the electrical control system is verified and optimized by means of simulation experiment and field test. This paper summarizes the research results and practical experience of the design and implementation of industrial robot electrical control system. Through this study, not only improve the motion accuracy and stability of industrial robots, but also reduce the production cost and maintenance difficulty, and provide strong support for the development of intelligent manufacturing.
