随着电力系统电压等级的不断提升和电网规模的持续扩大,高压开关设备作为电力系统中至关重要的控制和保护元件,其运行状态直接关系到电网的安全稳定运行。为确保高压开关设备长期、可靠地工作,在线监测与故障诊断技术显得尤为重要。本文深入探讨了高压开关设备的在线监测技术体系及其故障诊断方法,旨在为提高电力系统的自动化水平和维护效率提供有力支持。本文概述了高压开关设备在线监测的必要性。传统的事后维修和定期检修模式已难以满足现代电力系统对设备可靠性和可用性的高要求。在线监测技术通过实时采集高压开关设备的运行数据,能够及时发现设备潜在故障,为预防性维护和快速故障处理提供数据支持,显著提高设备运行的安全性和经济性。本文详细介绍了高压开关设备在线监测的主要内容和关键技术。监测内容涵盖电气性能参数(如电流、电压、局放等)、机械特性参数(如分合闸时间、速度、位移等)以及环境参数(如温度、湿度、振动等)。关键技术则包括传感器技术、数据采集与处理技术、通信技术等,这些技术共同构成了高压开关设备在线监测系统的核心。本文分析了高压开关设备故障诊断的方法与策略。基于在线监测数据,采用数据分析、模式识别、人工智能等技术手段,对设备状态进行评估和预测,识别出可能的故障类型和位置。同时,结合专家系统和知识库,为故障处理提供科学合理的建议和方案,实现故障诊断的智能化和自动化。本文总结了高压开关设备在线监测与故障诊断技术在电力系统中的重要性,并展望了未来的发展趋势。随着技术的不断进步和应用的深入,高压开关设备的在线监测将更加全面、精准,故障诊断将更加智能、高效,为电力系统的安全稳定运行提供更加坚实的保障。

Abstract
With the continuous improvement of the voltage level of the power system and the continuous expansion of the scale of the power grid, the high-voltage switchgear is a crucial control and protection element in the power system, and its operating state is directly related to the safe and stable operation of the power grid. In order to ensure the long-term and reliable operation of high voltage switchgear, on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis technology is particularly important. In this paper, on-line monitoring technology system and fault diagnosis method of high voltage switchgear are deeply discussed, aiming at providing strong support for improving the automation level and maintenance efficiency of power system. This paper summarizes the necessity of on-line monitoring of high voltage switchgear. The traditional post-maintenance and regular maintenance mode has been difficult to meet the high requirements of reliability and availability of equipment in modern power system. By collecting the operating data of high voltage switchgear in real time, on-line monitoring technology can find the potential faults of equipment in time, provide data support for preventive maintenance and rapid fault handling, and significantly improve the safety and economy of equipment operation. This paper introduces the main content and key technology of on-line monitoring of high voltage switchgear in detail. The monitoring content covers electrical performance parameters (such as current, voltage, local discharge, etc.), mechanical characteristics parameters (such as opening and closing time, speed, displacement, etc.) and environmental parameters (such as temperature, humidity, vibration, etc.). The key technologies include sensor technology, data acquisition and processing technology, communication technology, etc. These technologies together constitute the core of high voltage switchgear online monitoring system. This paper analyzes the fault diagnosis methods and strategies of high voltage switchgear. Based on online monitoring data, data analysis, pattern recognition, artificial intelligence and other technical means are used to evaluate and predict equipment status, and identify possible fault types and locations. At the same time, the expert system and knowledge base are combined to provide scientific and reasonable suggestions and schemes for fault handling, and realize the intelligent and automatic fault diagnosis. This paper summarizes the importance of on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis technology of high voltage switchgear in power system, and looks forward to the future development trend. With the continuous progress of technology and the deepening of application, the online monitoring of high-voltage switchgear will be more comprehensive and accurate, and the fault diagnosis will be more intelligent and efficient, providing a more solid guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the power system.
