摘 要
在全球经济一体化和生态环境保护日益受到重视的背景下，经济林作为兼具经济效益与生态效益的重要林种，其种植结构调整成为当前林业发展面临的重要课题。随着人口增长和消费结构的升级，对经济林产品的需求不断增加，传统种植模式已难以满足市场需求的变化。同时，单一种植结构导致的生态退化、生物多样性减少以及气候变化带来的不确定性，都对经济林产业的可持续发展构成了严峻挑战。因此，经济林种植结构调整面临的问题及其应对策略。首先分析了经济林种植结构调整的研究背景和意义，指出其对于促进经济林产业可持续发展的重要性。随后，系统梳理了经济林种植结构调整面临的主要问题，包括传统种植模式的局限性、种植结构单一导致的风险集中、生态与环境适应性问题、技术与管理创新不足以及政策与资金支持不当等。针对这些问题，本文提出了相应的对策措施，包括多元化种植与产品多样化、强化市场导向与动态调整机制、生态修复与可持续经营措施、应对气候变化的种植技术革新、引入与推广新技术、提升管理效率与人才培养以及完善政策体系与增加财政投入等。通过综合施策，本文旨在为经济林种植结构调整提供理论依据和实践指导，促进经济林产业的健康发展。

Abstract
Under the background of global economic integration and ecological environment protection, economic forest, as an important forest species with both economic and ecological benefits, has become an important topic facing the current forestry development. With the growth of population and the upgrading of consumption structure, the demand for economic forest products is increasing, and the traditional planting mode has been difficult to meet the change of market demand. At the same time, the ecological degradation caused by the single planting structure, the reduction of biodiversity and the uncertainty brought about by climate change all pose severe challenges to the sustainable development of the economic forest industry. Therefore, the problems faced by the adjustment of economic forest planting structure and its coping strategies. This paper first analyzes the research background and significance of economic forest planting structure adjustment, and points out its importance of promoting the sustainable development of economic forest industry. Subsequently, the main problems facing the adjustment of economic forest planting structure were systematically sorted out, including the limitations of traditional planting mode, risk concentration caused by the single planting structure, ecological and environmental adaptability, lack of technical and management innovation, and improper policy and financial support. For these problems, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, including diversified planting and product diversification, strengthening market orientation and dynamic adjustment mechanism, ecological restoration and sustainable management measures, climate change planting technology innovation, the introduction and promotion of new technology, improve management efficiency and personnel training, and improve the policy system and increase financial investment, etc. Through comprehensive measures, this paper aims to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the adjustment of economic forest planting structure, and promote the healthy development of economic forest industry.
