Abstract

The optimization of microbial fermentation conditions is the key to ensure the smooth fermentation process and improve the quality of fermentation products. By optimizing fermentation conditions, the growth rate, me tabolic activity and product synthesis ability of microorganisms can be effectively improved, so as to increase the yield and quality of fermentation products.
