摘 要
本文深入探讨了社会工作介入民族地区乡村振兴的路径，旨在揭示社会工作在推动民族地区全面发展中的独特作用与潜在价值。文章对民族地区乡村振兴的现状进行了全面剖析，强调了社会工作介入民族地区乡村振兴的迫切性与重要性，通过阐述社会工作的专业优势，如理论与实践结合的服务体系、强调参与赋权与社区发展的理念等，明确了社会工作在助力产业结构调整、促进文化传承与保护、增进民生福祉及强化社会治理能力等方面的独特作用。然而，文章也指出了社会工作介入过程中面临的一系列问题，包括社会工作专业认知度低、乡村居民接受度与参与度不高、专业人才与服务供给不足、资源整合与协调难度大以及机制与政策保障缺失等。针对这些问题，文章提出了具体的对策与建议，包括加强社会工作宣传与普及、建立多方参与机制、加大社会工作人才培养与引进力度、创新服务模式、建立跨部门跨领域资源整合平台、完善利益协调机制、建立健全社会工作介入机制与政策体系以及加强评估与监督等。这些对策与建议旨在为社会工作有效介入民族地区乡村振兴提供系统性、可操作性的指导，推动民族地区实现全面、协调、可持续发展。

Abstract
This paper deeply discusses the path of social work's involvement in the rural revitalization of ethnic minority areas, aiming to reveal the unique role and potential value of social work in promoting the comprehensive development of ethnic minority areas. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of rural revitalization in ethnic minority areas, emphasizes the urgency and importance of social work involvement in rural revitalization in ethnic minority areas, and expounds the professional advantages of social work, such as the service system combining theory and practice, emphasizing the concept of participation, empowerment and community development. The unique role of social work in facilitating industrial restructuring, promoting cultural inheritance and protection, improving people's well-being and strengthening social governance capacity has been clarified. However, the article also points out a series of problems faced in the process of social work intervention, including low professional awareness of social work, low acceptance and participation of rural residents, insufficient supply of professional talents and services, difficult integration and coordination of resources, and lack of mechanism and policy guarantees. In response to these problems, the paper puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions, including strengthening the publicity and popularization of social work, establishing a multi-party participation mechanism, increasing the cultivation and introduction of social work talents, innovating service models, establishing a cross-departmental and cross-field resource integration platform, improving the interest coordination mechanism, establishing and improving the social work intervention mechanism and policy system, and strengthening evaluation and supervision. These countermeasures and suggestions aim to provide systematic and operable guidance for social work to effectively intervene in the rural revitalization of ethnic minority areas, and promote the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of ethnic minority areas.
