摘 要
本研究探讨了人参在心血管疾病中的综合治疗潜力。采用人参提取物或人参皂苷等活性成分,通过动物模型或细胞株模拟心血管疾病环境,评估了人参对心血管功能的影响。研究结果显示,人参成分能够显著改善心血管功能指标,如心输出量和血压。同时,我们还深入探索了人参的作用机制,发现其能够调节与心血管疾病相关的生物标志物,如炎症因子和氧化应激指标。在长期应用的安全性评估中,人参显示出良好的耐受性,未观察到明显的副作用。综上所述,人参在心血管疾病治疗中具有显著的潜在作用,其机制可能与调节特定的信号通路和分子靶点有关。未来研究应关注临床试验的设计,以及如何通过改进人参制剂来优化其在心血管疾病治疗中的应用。

Abstract
This study explored the comprehensive therapeutic potential of ginseng in cardiovascular diseases. The effect of ginseng on cardiovascular function was assessed using active ingredients such as ginseng extract or ginsenosides, mimicking the cardiovascular disease environment by an animal model or cell line. The results showed that ginseng composition significantly improved cardiovascular function indicators, such as cardiac output and blood pressure. At the same time, we also explored the mechanism of action of ginseng and found that it could regulate biomarkers related with cardiovascular diseases, such as inflammatory factors and oxidative stress indicators. In safety assessment for long-term applications, ginseng showed good tolerability with no significant side effects observed. In conclusion, ginseng has a significant potential role in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, and the mechanism may be related to the regulation of specific signaling pathways and molecular targets. Future studies should focus on the design of clinical trials and how an improved ginseng preparation can optimize its use in the treatment of cardiovascular disease.
