随着互联网技术的飞速发展和消费者购物习惯的改变,农产品电商平台已成为农产品销售的重要渠道。然而,在激烈的市场竞争中,如何提升用户粘性,保持用户的持续关注和购买行为,成为农产品电商平台面临的重要挑战。当前,农产品电商平台在发展过程中普遍存在着产品与服务品质不一、用户体验欠佳、用户互动与社区氛围缺失以及营销策略单一等问题,这些问题直接影响了用户粘性的提升和平台的长期发展。研究农产品电商平台用户粘性提升的困境与策略,对于促进农产品电商行业的健康发展具有重要意义。本文旨在探讨农产品电商平台用户粘性提升的困境与策略。分析了当前农产品电商平台在发展过程中面临的产品品质、用户体验、用户互动与社区氛围以及营销策略等方面的困境。从提升产品与服务品质、改善用户体验、加强用户互动与社区建设以及创新营销策略与精准营销等四个方面,提出了具体的提升用户粘性的策略。通过深入分析农产品电商平台的特性,结合用户粘性理论和电商平台营销理论,本文旨在为农产品电商平台提供一套切实可行的用户粘性提升方案,以促进平台的持续发展和市场竞争力的提升。

Abstract
With the rapid development of Internet technology and the change of consumers' shopping habits, the e-commerce platform of agricultural products has become an important channel for agricultural products sales. However, in the fierce market competition, how to improve user engagement and maintain users' continuous attention and purchase behavior has become an important challenge for the agricultural products e-commerce platform. At present, in the development process of agricultural products e-commerce platform, there are many problems, such as different quality of product and service, poor user experience, lack of user interaction and community atmosphere, and single marketing strategy. These problems directly affect the improvement of user stickiness and the long-term development of the platform. It is of great significance to promote the healthy development of agricultural products e-commerce industry to study the difficulties and strategies for promoting the user stickiness of agricultural products e-commerce industry. This paper aims to discuss the dilemma and strategy of the user stickiness improvement of the agricultural products e-commerce platform. This paper analyzes the difficulties of product quality, user experience, user interaction, community atmosphere and marketing strategy faced by the current agricultural products e-commerce platform in the development process. From the four aspects of improving product and service quality, improving user experience, strengthening user interaction and community construction, and innovating marketing strategies and precision marketing, specific strategies to improve user engagement are put forward. Through in-depth analysis of the characteristics of agricultural products e-commerce platform, combined with the user stickiness theory and e-commerce platform marketing theory, this paper aims to provide a set of feasible user stickiness improvement scheme for agricultural products e-commerce platform, so as to promote the sustainable development of the platform and the promotion of market competitiveness.
