Abstract

Meituan group buying website is one of the largest group buying websites in China, with a huge user base and extensive market coverage. This article analyzes the marketing strategy of Meituan Group Buying website, aiming to explore its problems in the current market environment and propose corresponding countermeasures. We have provided an overview of the current marketing strategies of Meituan Group Buying website and analyzed some successful marketing strategy cases. These cases include precise target market positioning, innovative promotional activities, and a strong user experience. However, in Chapter 3, we found some problems with the marketing strategy of Meituan Group Buying website, such as inaccurate target market positioning and insufficient execution of marketing strategies. In order to solve these problems, we propose corresponding countermeasures in Chapter 4. Firstly, it is recommended to conduct in-depth analysis of the target market, accurately grasp user needs, and optimize market positioning. Secondly, strengthening market competitiveness and enhancing brand influence can be achieved by creating a unique group buying experience and strengthening user relationship management. In addition, we also recommend strengthening the monitoring and improvement of marketing strategy execution, as well as developing personalized marketing strategies to provide differentiated services. By studying and analyzing the marketing strategies of Meituan group buying websites, it can provide certain guidance and assistance for their improvement and enhancement, and promote their sustainable development in the fiercely competitive group buying market.
