幼儿园环境中社交技能缺失的原因与解决策略

摘  要

本文旨在探讨幼儿园环境中社交技能的重要性及其缺失的原因与培养策略。首先概述了社交技能的定义、特点及理论基础,明确了社交技能作为个体社会化过程中的关键环节。随后,分析了社交技能在儿童发展中的重要性,包括促进情感健康发展、增强自信心与自尊心以及促进语言与认知能力发展等方面。针对幼儿园环境中社交技能缺失的问题,本文深入剖析了课程设置偏差、缺乏社交示范、教师社交指导缺失及理论与实践脱节等主要原因。在此基础上,提出了平衡课程设置、发挥教师榜样作用、加强专业社交指导以及实现理论与实践结合等策略,以期有效改善幼儿园环境中社交技能缺失的现状。本研究不仅有助于提升幼儿园教育质量,促进儿童全面发展,也为相关政策制定者提供了有益的参考,对推动幼儿园教育改革的深化具有重要意义。

Abstract

This paper aims to explore the importance of social skills in the kindergarten setting and their missing causes and development strategies. Firstly, the definition, characteristics and theoretical basis of social skills are summarized, and social skills are defined as a key link in the process of individual socialization. Subsequently, the importance of social skills in child development was analyzed, including promoting emotional health development, enhancing self-confidence and self-esteem, and promoting the development of language and cognitive abilities. In view of the lack of social skills in the kindergarten environment, this paper deeply analyzes the main reasons such as the deviation of curriculum setting, the lack of social demonstration, the lack of social guidance for teachers and the disconnection between theory and practice. On this basis, the strategies of balancing the curriculum, playing the role of teachers' example, strengthening the professional social guidance and realizing the combination of theory and practice are put forward, in order to effectively improve the current situation of the lack of social skills in the kindergarten environment. This study not only helps to improve the quality of kindergarten education and promote the all-round development of children, but also provides a useful reference for relevant policy makers, which is of great significance to promote the deepening of kindergarten education reform.
