幼儿园环境中儿童欺凌行为的成因与干预对策

摘  要

本文围绕幼儿园环境中儿童欺凌行为展开系统研究,首先界定了欺凌行为的定义,详细阐述了其具体表现,并辨析了欺凌行为与其他攻击行为的区别。接着,从物理环境布局、教师角色与互动方式、同伴关系与群体动态三个方面,深入分析了幼儿园环境对欺凌行为的影响。在此基础上,进一步探讨了儿童欺凌行为的成因,包括幼儿园管理不善、社会认知偏差、道德观念培养不足以及教师干预态度不积极等。针对这些成因,本文提出了相应的干预策略,如明确幼儿园管理责任、引入社会情境教育、强化道德教育以及明确教师干预责任等,以期有效减少和预防幼儿园环境中儿童欺凌行为的发生。本研究旨在为幼儿教育工作者和家长提供科学指导,共同营造一个安全、健康、和谐的幼儿园教育环境,促进儿童健康成长。

Abstract

This paper conducts a systematic study on child bullying in the kindergarten environment, first defining the definition of bullying, explaining its specific manifestations, and distinguishing the difference between bullying and other aggressive behaviors. Then, the influence of kindergarten environment on bullying behavior was deeply analyzed from three aspects: physical environment layout, teacher role and interaction mode, peer relationship and group dynamics. On this basis, the causes of child bullying were further explored, including poor management in kindergarten, social cognitive deviation, insufficient moral cultivation and teachers' inactive intervention attitude. In view of these causes, this paper puts forward corresponding intervention strategies, such as clarifying the management responsibility of kindergarten, introducing social situation education, strengthening moral education and clarifying teacher intervention responsibility, in order to effectively reduce and prevent the occurrence of child bullying in the kindergarten environment. This study aims to provide scientific guidance for early childhood educators and parents, to jointly create a safe, healthy and harmonious kindergarten education environment, and to promote the healthy growth of children.
