摘 要
本文探讨了学前儿童情绪调节的重要性及其相关概述,分析了情绪调节的定义、分类及理论基础,并着重强调了学前阶段情绪调节对儿童发展的多重意义,包括促进社交技能、增强认知能力和提升自我认知等方面。同时,文章深入剖析了学前儿童情绪调节困难的主要原因,如缺乏情感交流、奖惩不当、情绪认知能力有限以及缺乏情绪教育等。针对这些问题,本文提出了有效的教育干预策略,包括建立积极的班级情感氛围、合理设置奖惩机制、增强情绪认知训练以及加强情绪教育课程的开发与实施。这些策略旨在为教育工作者和家长提供科学的指导,帮助他们更好地理解和应对学前儿童在情绪调节方面面临的挑战,从而促进儿童的身心健康发展。

Abstract
This paper discusses the importance of emotional regulation in preschool children, analyzes the definition, classification and theoretical basis of emotional regulation, and emphasizes the multiple meanings of preschool emotional regulation in children's development, including promoting social skills, enhancing cognitive ability and improving self-cognition. At the same time, the article deeply analyzes the main reasons for preschool children's emotional regulation difficulties, such as lack of emotional communication, improper rewards and punishments, limited emotional cognitive ability and lack of emotional education. To solve these problems, this paper proposes effective educational intervention strategies, including establishing a positive class emotional atmosphere, reasonably setting up the reward and punishment mechanism, enhancing emotional cognition training, and strengthening the development and implementation of emotional education curriculum. These strategies aim to provide scientific guidance for educators and parents to help them better understand and cope with the challenges that preschool children face in emotional regulation, thus promoting their physical and mental health development.
